How can I place the order?

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All our orders placed before 4PM (Monday-Saturday) are dispatched within 1 working day., however due to non-availability of stock for some orders it may take up-to 2 - 3 working days for the order to be dispatch.

All orders will be delivered within 5-7 workings days after placing order


Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home address?
Yes, you can. Please ensure that you choose the option for a different delivery address while placing the order.

What are the available payment methods?

We can accept payments through the following:
* COD
* Online payment through Master or Visa card

What are the delivery charges?
We are offering a free delivery All over the Pakistan.

Can I get a Saturday delivery?
Yes we can arrange a Saturday delivery for you.

Can I track my order?
Yes you can. We will send it to your email or please chat us on +923286555885 to obtain the Tracking ID of your parcel and you will be able to track your parcel online.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order. Please chat/call us on +923286555885 before 1PM and we will cancel the order for you. Please be informed that we will not be able to cancel the order if it has already been dispatched.

Do you Store my payment information?
Avenza will NOT store any of your payment information. In an advanced effort to ensure your online safety your payment information is directly processed and never stored.
