7-Day Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.

  • The product must be in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or available product:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and exchange request.

  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed. Refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another approved payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
